The USC has created an outreach flyer about Ephemeral (vernal) Pools, and the amphibians that use them. This flier is intended for educational use by organizations throughout the watershed. In addition to the flier, we have a small Vernal Pool sign available for landowners who map their pools. Send us in info about your pool, along with information on contacting you, and we will send you a sign to identify the pool.
Lastly, the USC developed and printed a poster discussing ephemeral pools, and our mapping project. These posters are available for distribution to schools, and other education-based efforts. Contact us for more information.
