Documentation of Outreach Meetings is very important. Please track any outreach meeting you facilitate by printing the outreach tracking form, filling in the county name at the top, and recording the required information.
Outreach Evaluation Form: Use this evaluation form (pdf version) after each outreach presentation to help us get feedback from those present. For this form in excel version click here. The Evaluation Form is the third worksheet of this spreadsheet. The first is a list of the outreach candidates and the second is a list of all of the newspapers throughout the basin. All very helpful resources for those performing outreach.

We plan to have a variety of powerpoints available for use depending on the target audience. Currently the powerpoints available include:

Handouts:
Fact Sheet: Also helpful for use in reaching out to stakeholders is the fact sheet "New York and the Chesapeake Bay – a review of the issue at hand" describing the current situation in the watershed and how New York is participating in the effort. This fact sheet can either be viewed on this website, or downloaded as a pdf.

Display:
The USC has developed a display for use at outreach events and public meetings. Four copies of the display are currently spread throughout the basin. To request a copy of the display for a specific date please notify USC Personnel with adequate time in advance.
